Absolutely. I’d make the distinction between warranty and non-warranty service very clear so customers immediately know which process to follow.
How Do I Get My Fixture Serviced?
Elation offers two types of repair service requests: Warranty and Non-Warranty repairs.
Elation maintains a network of Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) throughout the United States. A current list of Authorized Service Centers is available on this website.
Non-Warranty Repairs
If your fixture is no longer under warranty, you may contact your nearest Elation Authorized Service Center directly.
The service center will provide you with their own RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions for sending or delivering the fixture for evaluation and repair.
Warranty Repairs
If your fixture is covered under warranty, an RMA must first be issued by Elation Professional before the fixture is sent for service.
Once the RMA has been issued, you may have the option of:
Factory Service through Elation Professional, or
Service through a participating Elation Authorized Service Center
Depending on the repair, fixture, and location, our RMA team can help determine the appropriate service option.
Not Sure If Your Fixture Is Under Warranty?
If you are unsure about the warranty status of your fixture or need assistance starting the repair process, please contact:
Please include the fixture model and serial number when contacting us.
Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty eligibility before a warranty repair RMA can be issued.
Important
Do not send a fixture to Elation or an Authorized Service Center for warranty repair without first obtaining the appropriate RMA. This helps ensure the repair is properly documented and routed for service.
